CANCELLATIONS – A Non-refundable $35.00 Booking and Processing fee is included with your payment on the day you book with us. In the event your ride is not in the month you book then $35.00 will be charged the day you make your reservation with us and the remaining balance will be charged 5 days prior to your ride. Cancelling 6 days prior or more to your ride will entitle you to a refund minus $35.00 booking fee. If you cancel within 5 days up to 24 hours prior, you may use the payment minus the $35.00 fee toward your next ride. If you cancel your ride within 24 hours prior to your ride there will be no refund or credit.
AIRLINE CANCELLATIONS – If your airline cancels a flight for any reason, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ISSUED.
WEATHER & ROAD CONDITIONS – 7 Stone Transportation will not be held responsible for a missed flight due to road conditions or weather to any airport or other assigned destination. In the event of severe weather conditions or unsafe road conditions, 7 Stone Transportation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any rides. Please call 7 Stone Reservations 800-897-3802 to request changes to your reservation.
NO SHOW POLICY– If you have a reservation with us, and do not show up for that reservation, for any reason, you will forfeit 100% of your fare. NO EXCEPTIONS.
WAITING RATE – If for any reason the driver must wait for your arrival, you will become subject to an additional fee of $35 per hour. Please be mindful as our drivers may be on a tight schedule at times.

It is your duty to call 7 Stone Reservations with ANY flight changes such as a missed flight, flight cancellations or airline delays causing you to miss your requested service with us. If your flight is early, we will do our best to accommodate you but there will be no guarantee that we will be there at the earlier time. If you miss your requested service, you may take our next available opening at no additional cost. If you choose not to wait for our next available appointment, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ISSUED. A credit may be applied to your account to reschedule service at a future time not to exceed 6 months from the original service date.
